Past Event : On April 25 Our first event for 2009 was the Chili-Cook off at Bill's garage in Hardy. We had 27 folks to attend this event and meeting .Wilma Vandyke was voted the winner of the chili cook off . She received a SCFC flag for the car antenna .
Past Event : On June 13 the next event was our annual trip to Shatley Springs in North Carolina . For the past 3 years we have traveled together as a club to meet with the North Carolina Club for a home style lunch . The food is always so good . We had a few problems getting there . The guys worked together keeping the cars running . But Roy Loope wins the award with 11 stops with the hood up . The ethanol in the gas is giving the car a fix . However we had beautiful weather . safe trip , good food and great friends ! Who could ask for more ?

Looking Ahead : DASH to DOVER is almost here Wedneday July 15 , the Star City Falcon Club will travel to Dover Delaware for the 30 annual Club event. On Thursday July 16 , We will take our Falcons around The Monster Mile at Dover International Speedway and take a tour of the facility .The cost is $ 13 per car and $ 7 per person for the tour . Only Falcons will be allowed on the track ! We can take photos with there cars in the winner circle . The tour includes the track . Pit road and the garages . A small bus will be available for the ones who can't do all the walking . We have one more room so you better get on board and go with us !
